Start with some deep relaxing breaths, focus on controlling your breathing, slow your tempo, let gravity take over…now here’s the tricky part, let your-self go , relax, think “dead” relaxed. Now, slowly reach up and place your hands on your chest and do a compression on yourself to your personal comfort level. NOW – DO NOT BREATH IN, just let your chest recoil.
